- Dan Ward Review added: 2018.10.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆very poor unreliable taxi service never on time is always late ordered a taxi for 10 minutes took half an hour. be warned if you use this service dont expect them to be on time ever have let us down on multiple occasions, the staff are friendly but just fob you off saying will be there in a couple of minutes yet it never is.

After several calls it got past quarter to and I cancelled my taxi. No apology nothing. I am disabled and need to use the taxi to and from the statin so I can get to university. Thank you for making me miss my lecture. Pathetic.

I’ve used them twice and on neither occasion have they picked me up at the time requested - even when I gave them 4 hours notice! Do not use these if you need to be anywhere at a particular time! Call an Uber!!
